Tortillas with Refried BeansFor High Score Heroes!
RetroRob serves 'em fresh and hot!
For the tortillas add corn flour and salt to a bowl then add luke warm water.
Mix until dough is smooth and form small dough balls.
Press 'em with a tortilla press or roll 'em with a rolling pin.
Fry without oil in a hot pan one side for 15 seconds then
turn and fry the other side for 30 seconds then
turn and fry first side for another 15 seconds.
Stack 'em up on a plate.
For the refried beans add olive oil to a medium sauce pan
and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add chopped onion and chopped garlic and cook for 5 mintutes.
Add drained pinto beans and cook for 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and chopped chili and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cumin, pepper, salt and mash with potato masher.
Add some water if needed.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander or parsley.

- 300g Masa Harina corn flour
- 200ml water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 chili pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cp chopped coriander or parsley
