German Burgers (Frikadellen)It's Burger Time!
RetroRob serves his homemade Frikadellen!
Add the eggs to a medium bowl then add white breadcrumbs.
Add milk, soysauce and mustard for the bread to soak in.
Meanwhile season with salt, pepper amd nutmeg and
chop onion, garlic and parsley then add to soaked bread.
Mix this with a wooden spoon until it's a mush then add minced beef
Mix until dough is smooth and form 4 burgers.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry burgers both sides on medium heat until they're well done.
Serve hot or cold as a snack with mustard or add burger bun and salat!
- 400g minced beef
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 slice of white bread
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp sweet mustard
- small bunch of parsley
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of ground nutmeg
